The Woodlands Stables is an excellent program for all levels of riders from beginners riding school horses, to advanced riders competing at the highest levels of English style hunters, jumpers, and equitation on the “AA” show circuit nationwide.

Jessica Cintas Nichols founded The Woodlands Stables to fulfill her love and passion for equestrian teaching, children, sport horses, and ponies. Jessica’s meticulous attention to detail, hard work, nurturing character, and vast knowledge are a few factors that have successfully built a top lesson program and a winning show barn. Her positive teaching style and experience bring out the best in her students, allowing them to achieve their goals in a positive direction. She believes in good quality training at a reasonable price, with an emphasis on safety and fun.

We are dedicated to providing riding lessons that offer you a fun recreation, that teach you the skill of riding, and more importantly great life lessons such as- confidence in yourself, compassion, patience, and goal-oriented solutions. For young people and adults, being involved in riding horses is unlike any other activity or sport. We emphasize a solid foundation of basics, sportsmanship, team-work, positive attitude, and responsibility. In addition, we provide a professional, fun, and relaxed environment, where genuine friendships are nurtured and memories are cherished.

We are focused on building the appropriate training program unique to every rider because at The Woodlands Stables we know that there are no two students alike. Every rider has their own dream; therefore, we pride ourselves in assisting our students to accomplish their goals.

Our relationship with our horses is built on trust and patience, which is achieved by delivering clear and consistent direction. Additionally, we are continuously aware that our horses require the finest environment and care to assure a happy physical and mental well-being. Every horse is treated in a positive and loving manner and is handled with good horsemanship.     

The Woodlands Stables Equestrian Academy is unique in that we offer a “curriculum-structured” program approach. This assures that the basic fundamentals are not being missed and each lesson is a success!

We offer a top quality equestrian academy for students who do not own their own horses. In addition we offer lease programs, year round camps, birthday parties, Girl Scout activities, and fun social activities.
               
We also offer a full service private training program for clients who own their own horses.

Our horses are carefully managed by an experienced and professional team of veterinarians, farriers, and chiropractors for optimum health and performance.

The Woodlands Stables is located in the beautiful Magnolia area, within minutes of the Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, Conroe, Waller, & Montgomery counties. The Woodlands Stables is located just off of FM 1774, near 1488 and 1486. Our stable has an abundance of tall Pine and Oak trees keeping the barn cooler and comfortable year round.
